PAYMENT
I accept cash or bank transfer.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances, when you book with me you are agreeing to my policies.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an appointment please give as much notice as possible
For cancellations made within 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
If you cancel same day or fail to attend your appointment, you will be charged
100% of the service fee.

PLUS ONES
Please if you can help it attend your appointment alone, my space is only small and can only accommodate my client and I.

Lash Extension - AFTER CARE
• Do not get lashes wet for first 24hrs.
• Brush and wash lashes daily.
• Do not wear mascara.
• Do not use lash curler.
• Avoid oil based products for best retention
• Do not pull or pick lashes.
• Book infill every 2-3 weeks.
